Modern Niagara Announces Agreement for Modern Niagara Building Services (MNBS) to Join BCTS
Modern Niagara is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement under which Best In Class Technology Services (BCTS) will acquire Modern Niagara Building Services (MNBS). This next chapter is designed to support long term focus and growth for our Construction business and enable the Building Services business to scale and grow with an industry leader.
MNBS, the services division of Modern Niagara Group Inc (MNGI), has built a strong reputation for HVAC maintenance and repairs, retrofit, plumbing, electrical, controls, fuel oil and mechanical expertise across major Canadian markets including Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. This transaction will create a leading North American service organization with the capability to deliver more comprehensive solutions, deeper technical expertise, and expanded value for customers.
This agreement also enables Modern Niagara to sharpen its focus on core Construction capabilities and major project delivery. By dedicating attention and resources to its core business, the company is well-positioned to pursue new opportunities and further strengthen its solid foundation, while maintaining its longstanding commitment to excellence and industry leadership.
Throughout this transition, both businesses will continue to maintain strong relationships and expertise that customers rely on today and will continue to serve customers without interruption.
