Project Highlights:

The new Mills Memorial Hospital is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility located in Terrace, British Columbia. The facility spans an impressive 360,000 square feet and is equipped with modern infrastructure designed to improve patient care and provide enhanced medical services to the community.

The hospital will house two trauma bays, six stretcher bays, four operating rooms and the latest diagnostic imaging equipment. Upgrades to the facility includes expansion of the emergency department from 10 treatment spaces to 20. The project which commenced in June 2021, has utilized advanced BIM modeling and pre-fabrication using Multi-Trade Racks (MTRs).

Modern Niagara scope on this project includes supplying and installing all building automated systems which includes:

• 650+ VAV Controls
• Heating & Cooling Plant Controls
