Cannabis production requires high precision and strict adherence to laws and regulations. Modern Niagara helped cannabis company Bloom Cultivation meet all those specifications and more at its 40,958 sq. ft. Calgary facility.

Our team met all major mechanical needs of the project, working flexibly to accommodate a non-traditional installation schedule and incorporate mechanical systems around the operation’s critical lighting layout. Working in two buildings — one existing and one new — we made sure Bloom Cultivation’s HEPA and carbon filtering systems complied with Health Canada regulations and Bloom’s own need to prevent cross-pollination of plant types.
