We ensure that the buildings that make up Canada’s infrastructure fulfill the needs they were set out to meet. This includes the spaces where our scientists conduct ground-breaking research, where our lawmakers make decisions that shape our history, where patients are treated for both common and rare illnesses, and where manufacturers keep the engines of our economy running.

We also enable our customers to save on energy costs and to simultaneously reduce their carbon footprint. In fact, our Energy Solutions work resulted in $2.2 million worth of annual savings on energy costs and a reduced carbon footprint equivalent to having 236,309 trees planted annually.

Still, as the country was in the early days of mobilizing its resources to face the far-reaching impacts of the COVID-19 virus, we were eager to step up and play our part. Since March 2020, we have supported 4 different healthcare facilities as they expanded and built additional COVID-19-dedicated facilities. For example, we quickly assembled a team to help construct a temporary 98-bed facility at Joseph Brant Hospital, creating additional capacity for the local community that the hospital serves.
