Modern Niagara hosts case competition at York University

Engineering students at York University in front of a Modern Niagara banner.This past weekend, Modern Niagara hosted a case competition at York University – Lassonde School of Engineering, in Toronto. 30 students formed 5 teams and were mentored by Modern Niagara staff and York Engineering faculty members to refine and improve their projects.

Engineering students at York University collaborating around a whiteboard.Each team was given a Modern Niagara Core Value award, assessed by our Learning and Development Specialist. Teams were awarded for Determination, Initiative, Professionalism, Passion, and Teamwork.

Judging will take place on February 22 by CEO Brad McAninch, York faculty, and others. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on March 6.
