Project Highlights:

Our team did the electrical work for phase one of the Belleville General Hospital redevelopment: a new, five-story wing that increased the hospital’s size by 35 percent — and boosted its capacity to meet the medical needs of Belleville’s residents.

Modern Niagara’s electrical work included wiring for the building automation system, mechanical wiring, building wiring and a new 44 kV system across the 155,000 square feet of new construction and 22,000 square feet of redeveloped space. The redevelopment also included a number of design measures to support responsible energy/environmental design, including heat recovery, variable speed systems, building/shell systems and computerized controls.
