Having previously completed a 12-floor fit-up at Shopify’s 150 Elgin location, the company called in Modern Niagara to prepare the new offices for its growing employee base.

As part of the eight-floor fit-up of 234 Laurier, Modern Niagara delivered HVAC and piping systems, providing the necessary fresh air and running water for occupants.
